Darling Cellars Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The Terra Hutton Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold Darling red with plenty of character and a classic dry finish. Grown on bush vines in warm, granite-rich soils, it delivers all the ripeness you’d expect from the Cape with a good dose of structure to back it up.

In the glass, you’ll find rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, red berries, chocolate, and a whiff of tobacco, smoothed out by a gentle touch of vanilla. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with fine tannins and just enough grip to keep things interesting - a proper red with ageing potential if you’ve got the patience.
